Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 June 2026

By using Litora you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The service

Litora lets you import books you own and listen to them with synthesized voices. Audio is generated on demand and stored in your private account.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the files you import and for having the right to use them. Import only content you own or are otherwise permitted to use. Do not use Litora to infringe copyright or any law. We do not claim ownership of your files.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may use a guest account with limited functionality before signing in.

Credits and purchases

Some features consume credits. Credit packs are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play and are governed by those stores' terms. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law or store policy, non-refundable once consumed. A small free trial allowance is provided to new accounts and may change over time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its synthesis quotas, and do not use it to produce unlawful content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Litora reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Voices and synthesis depend on third-party providers and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Litora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
